Today marks the beginning of June and the halfway point of 2026.
Six months ago, many of us, including me, entered this year with goals, hopes, and plans for the future. Some of those goals may already be accomplished. Others may still be works in progress. As I reflect on the first half of the year, I’m reminded that growth often happens in ways we don’t always notice day to day.
Before focusing on what’s next, take a moment to reflect on how far you’ve come.
Whether you’ve grown in school, at work, through service, leadership, personal development, or life experiences, every step forward matters and contributes to the person you’re becoming.
Growth doesn’t always happen through major milestones. Sometimes it happens through consistency, resilience, and the willingness to keep learning.
As summer begins, take a few minutes to reflect:
- What are you most proud of so far this year?
- What new skills or experiences have you gained?
- What challenges helped you grow?
- What strengths do you want to continue building?
At WIN-NextGen™, we believe progress is worth celebrating because every experience helps prepare you for what’s next.
As you reflect on the first half of 2026, I invite you to connect with a Career Navigator. Many of our NextGens find these conversations helpful for reflecting on their progress, exploring possibilities, and identifying next steps. If you’d like to schedule a conversation, feel free to reach out to me or another Career Navigator HERE.
Your future starts with community. Believe in your seeds of greatness.
