As technology continues to transform our world, the people who will thrive are those who know how to work well with others, contribute as trusted teammates, lead with empathy, embrace feedback with a growth mindset, think critically, solve problems creatively, and remain resilient through life’s challenges.
I hope you’re enjoying your summer and finding time to relax, recharge, and spend time with family and friends. As we begin a new month, I’d like to encourage you to think about one simple question: What’s one small thing you can do this summer that your future self will thank you for?

This week, I’d like to share something important: behind every career is a person with a story.
One of the most exciting things about your future is that it doesn’t come with a predetermined path. In fact, many of today’s fastest-growing careers didn’t exist a generation ago, and many of tomorrow’s opportunities are still being created.
Today marks the beginning of June and the halfway point of 2026. Six months ago, many of us, including me, entered this year with goals, hopes, and plans for the future. Some of those goals may already be accomplished. Others may still be works in progress. As I reflect on the first half of the year, I’m reminded that growth often happens in ways we don’t always notice day to day.
As the school year winds down, summer is the perfect time to explore new opportunities, build skills, and invest in your future.
