Your road to Workforce Ready™ starts here.

Five stages. One roadmap. Move through each pillar, or pit stop, Reflect, Explore, Expose, and Experience (R-E-E-E), completing the task items below to earn points on your way to Workforce Ready™ status.
 
Your minimum goal is 25 points per year in each R-E-E-E pillar, for a total of 100 Workforce Ready™ points per year. There’s no required order and no single path, unless your Group Leader sets one for you.
