BIO
Wilfredo Bonilla, Jr. is the Founder/President of the Hispanic Bar Association of Hampton Roads–VA, Inc. and a former Partner with the law firm Crenshaw, Ware & Martin, PLC and Chairman of the Government Contracting Practice Group. He received his B.A. and his J.D. from Rutgers University.
His litigation experience focused on complex state and federal litigation, mediation, arbitration, and appeals. His Government and Public Sector practice focused on government contracts, bid protests, public procurement, public services, and the Virginia Freedom of Information Act.
As a former Assistant City Attorney in Hampton Roads with 10 years of experience, he regularly advised and engaged with City Council, the City Manager, and department directors regarding legal matters.
Wilfredo’s Cybersecurity and Data Privacy practice focused on assisting clients in navigating the rapidly evolving landscape of data privacy laws and mitigating cybersecurity risks.
