WIN-NextGen™ and iCode Severna Park Announce Strategic Partnership to Expand STEM and Technology Opportunities for the Next Generation

LANHAM, MD | SEVERNA PARK, MD — WIN-NextGen™, Inc., a national WorkTech nonprofit dedicated to preparing young people for success in the future of work, and iCode Severna Park, a leading provider of STEM and technology education, today announced a strategic partnership to expand access to hands-on technology learning, career exploration, and workforce readiness opportunities for youth ages 13–24.

Formalized through a newly executed Memorandum of Understanding (MOU), the partnership establishes a collaborative framework to connect students and families with innovative educational experiences in coding, artificial intelligence (AI), robotics, cybersecurity, engineering, and other emerging technologies.

Together, the organizations will explore opportunities to provide STEM enrichment, career exploration, AI literacy programming, technology workshops, family engagement events, and workforce readiness experiences that prepare young people for success in an increasingly technology-driven economy.

The partnership also establishes mutual referral pathways, enabling both organizations to connect students, families, educators, employers, and community partners with complementary programs and resources that support lifelong learning and career development.

“Technology is shaping every industry, and we want young people to have the confidence and skills to thrive in that future,” said Sandra Sellers, Owner of iCode Severna Park. “Our partnership with WIN-NextGen™ expands opportunities for students and families while strengthening our shared commitment to preparing the next generation for meaningful careers.”
