Confidence begins with how you see yourself. Too often, learners minimize their experiences or describe themselves as “just” a student, “just” a volunteer, or “just” someone starting out. That mindset can quietly undermine confidence before an interview even begins.
This 1-minute micro learning module is part of Jen Schauble’s Interview Ninja series and focuses on recognizing your inherent value. Learners will explore how to shift their language, strengthen self-perception, and understand that every role and experience contributes to a larger purpose. By reframing how they talk about themselves, learners begin building the confidence needed to present themselves effectively in interviews and professional settings.
This module reinforces the idea that everyone brings value and that recognizing your own worth is the first step toward communicating it clearly to others.
