September has been an energizing month for WIN-NextGen™ as we continue to build momentum following our public launch! Together, we are proving that when we equip NextGens with the skills, connections, and confidence to thrive, the future of the 3S Workforce™—STEM, Supply Chain, and Skilled Trades—becomes even brighter.
October's theme was the vital importance of supply chain. It truly is everywhere, not only shaping our careers but defining the movement of the entire world! Supply chain isn't just about moving boxes; it's about moving the world forward using technology, innovation, and bold new ideas to connect everything we use and value.
Every Veterans Day, I pause to reflect, not only on those who served beside me, but on what service truly means after the uniform comes off. When I graduated from West Point and later led in the Army, I believed leadership was defined by strength, discipline, and results. “Hooah” was our heartbeat. We were trained to complete the mission no matter the challenge.

LANHAM, MD | NEW YORK, NY – WIN-NextGen™, a national nonprofit preparing youth and young adults ages 13 -24 for high-growth careers, and Neighborhood Coalition for Shelter, Inc. (NCS), a leading New York City-based nonprofit focused on community stabilization and economic mobility, have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) to launch a powerful workforce development collaboration.
