The WIN-NextGen™ Learner Journey
The WIN-NextGen™ Learner Journey is a roadmap progressing across Levels 1 to 12 that a NextGen member follows from self-discovery to Workforce Ready™ status. Members navigate through five pillars – Reflect, Explore, Expose, Experience, and Workforce Ready – earning points and badges by completing courses (LEARN) and hands-on external activities (ENGAGE) along the way. The system below shows how points and badges work at every stage.
How The Points & Level System Works
🎯 Earn Minimum 25 pts
Members earn a minimum of 25 points in each of the 4 GT3S™ pillars every year to progress.
📊 Total Score = WFR Status
Workforce Ready status is the sum of all Reflect, Explore, Expose, and Experience points.
🏆 Keep Going Beyond
Each R-E-E-E Pillar has badges from 25 to 300 points. Members are encouraged to go beyond each milestone.
📱 Tracked on Platform
All progress is tracked in real-time on the WIN-NextGen™ platform, visible to members & Group Leaders.
