This course introduces WIN-NextGen™ learners to the essential value of volunteering, not only as a civic responsibility but also as a strategic tool for personal and career development. Learners will explore how community service builds leadership, empathy, collaboration, and purpose. They will also examine how volunteering can expand networks, enhance résumés, and open doors to internships, scholarships, and career pathways within the 3S Workforce™.
Through guided reflection and practical exploration, participants will gain the mindset and tools to serve intentionally, transforming service into a meaningful pathway for growth and opportunity.
