WIN-NextGen™ Career Navigator Program

The WIN-NextGen™ Career Navigator Program is designed to complement the WIN-NextGen™ Gateway To 3S℠ (GT3S) Program, providing short-term, high-impact engagements with accomplished professionals across various industries. This program offers personalized career guidance, industry insights, and strategic support tailored to each participant’s unique aspirations—whether they are in high school, college, vocational training, or starting their careers. 

Through these meaningful connections, youth and young adults (ages 13-24) gain clarity on their career pathways, receive mentorship from experienced professionals, and develop the confidence and skills necessary to thrive in today’s evolving workforce. By fostering access to role models and equipping participants with essential career navigation tools, WIN-NextGen™ empowers the next generation to take charge of their futures with confidence and ambition.

Educational & Career Pathway Support
Provide participants—whether they are in high school, college, vocational programs, or early career stages—with insights into education and career pathways. This includes guidance on coursework, certifications, degree programs, internships, apprenticeships, and industry trends from professionals with real-world expertise.
Empowerment & Confidence Building
Foster an inclusive and supportive environment where youth and young adults feel empowered to pursue their goals. Through direct mentorship and career-focused conversations, participants gain confidence, clarity, and motivation to navigate their personal and professional growth
Career Readiness & Professional Skills
Equip participants with essential career-readiness skills, including résumé building, interview techniques, job search strategies, networking, and professional etiquette—helping them transition smoothly from education to the workforce or advance in their current roles.
