Pay Range: $18–$25 per hour (based on location, experience, and academic level)
Program Overview
Our Summer Internship Program offers real-world exposure to sales and customer engagement within a manufacturing and engineered-products environment. Over 10 weeks, you will gain:

What You’ll Do
As a Sales Intern, you will:

Support sales teams with customer data analysis, reporting, and account support activities.

Assist with sales forecasting, pipeline tracking, and opportunity analysis.

Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Engineering, and Operations to support customer needs.

Participate in preparing customer presentations, proposals, and internal reports.

Complete a capstone intern project and present results to leadership.
Qualifications
We’re seeking motivated students who are ready to learn, grow, and contribute:

Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field.

Minimum 3.0 cumulative GPA (on a 4.0 scale).

Strong communication, organization, and analytical skills.

Interest in sales, customer relationships, and commercial strategy within a manufacturing environment.

Collaborative mindset with a willingness to take initiative.

Ability to work on-site at one of our locations for the duration of the program.
