REFLECTION

GOAL: WIN-NextGen™ Member participants are encouraged to think holistically and constructively about their experiences, identify their strengths, growth opportunities, and set personal goals as they chart their path to become workforce ready.

Online Assessments
Members encouraged to learn about their interests, values, and skills through a series of online resources. 5-pts per each 1- 1 1⁄2 hour session.

Journaling
Journaling: Provide member with journals to record their thoughts, experiences, and insights.
Group Discussions
Group discussions: Members provided a safe space for GAN Members to share their thoughts and engage in peer-to-peer reflection or facilitated discussions. 2-pts per each 30 minutes sessions & 5- pts per each 45-60 minutes session.

Goal Setting


Members participate in sessions to set SMART (Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, Time-
bound) goals related to their interests and aspirations. 5-pts per each 1-hour session.

GAN Member Profile updates on GT3S Platform permitted 3x/year @ 2 pts per update.
