As a component of the WIN-NextGen™ Gateway to 3S℠ Program, WIN-NextGen™ Career and Technical Exploration (CTE) programs of study are WIN-NextGen™ programs designed to expose and prepare students for the global economy and workforce needs. All WIN-NextGen™ CTE programs are designed to compliment school, state and our partners’ career and technical education programs. WIN-NextGen™ CTE programs are organized by career clusters, which are groupings of occupations and industries based on shared features or “core functions.” WIN-NextGen™ CTE programs may include Career Conversations℠, mentoring, scholarship opportunities and work-based learning opportunities (e.g., internships, apprenticeships, clinical experience or industry mentored projects) and require WIN-NextGen™ membership.
