Position Overview: Individuals will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience with daily operations in one of our Agronomy, Energy, Feed, Grain, or Logistics Business Units. The Internships consist of sales, operations, marketing or front office support. This will be a 10-13-week summer program where you will work in your main business unit of interest for the majority of the program while rotating through the other 4 business units as interest and time allows.
Who should apply for the Associate internship?
- Pre-Senior year students. Those students entering their senior year, or semester, following this internship
Who should apply for the Apprentice internship?
- Pre-Junior year students. Those students entering their sophomore or junior year, or semester, following this internship
Requirement At Completion of Internship:
- Prior to the last day worked, a short presentation to the direct supervisor, CEO, Human Resources and the senior Leadership team of their internship project and experience
- Presentation will be scheduled to allow for a 10 to 20 minutes review
